The  2024 Cultural Humility and Implicit Bias/Cultural Competency Training  includes information for Medicaid healthcare providers and administrators.

This training module provides information on key topics, such as:

• Clear communication
• Culture and cultural competency

You must review and attest to the completion of this training annually.

Health, Safety and Welfare Education Training

This Training  includes information about abuse; neglect; exploitation; interventions; “handle with care” measures; reporting abuse, neglect or exploitation; rights of mandated reporters; general reporting requirements; critical incidents; and information about Indiana agencies.
