Hurricane Milton

Gov. DeSantis issued a state of emergency for Florida counties who will be impacted by Hurricane Milton. For up-to-date information, including which counties are included in the state of emergency, please visit  FloridaDisaster.org . Members who live in counties with an active state of emergency order can refill their prescription(s) early and obtain critical Medicaid services without a prior authorization (e.g., durable medical equipment and supplies, home health services, hospital services, nursing facility services, chemotherapy, dialysis services, etc.)

The health and safety of our members is important to us. We have people available to help provide necessary care.

If you have questions, please call us at 800-477-6931 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern time.

We’ll continue to post updates here as we get them.
